Working at relaxing

Ever become so tired because you are working hard at relaxing? Sounds contradictory, right? So you've had a long day and all you've been thinking about all day is how much you would really love to take a nap. Then you get home and decide that the best way to start off your "relaxation" is by watching a show on your t.v or laptop. The nap is postponed , the "rest" is ticked off your list but the next morning you wake up feeling sleep deprived and just plain tired ; ) Sound familiar? The nap would have worked so much better, right?
